The Sacred Woman Sessions are based in feminine mystery school teachings, un.tamed embodied yoga, embodiment practices, alchemical dance, womb & pelvic work, and so much more.
Each session is specifically designed for each individual woman. We take a look at your desires, needs, history, health and way of living in order to create a session, or set of sessions that not only empower you but also allows you to feel supported, witnessed, safe in your process.
For one client this may look like 3 Shamanic Womb Journeys back to back with time in between for integration AND for another client this may look like a deep somatic pelvic practice or 90 minutes focused on regulating the nervous system or focused on embodiment through sacred woman yoga… I have a myriad of tools that I choose from depending on your needs and desires.
Before you arrive to the session I open up a sacred space and container for our time together. I call on my ancestors and spirit guides as well as yours, for the greatest outcome of our session, only allowing love in.
EVERY SESSION begins first with discovering your deeper reason for the session. I THEN guide you into dropping into your body and settling into the moment. YOU ARE THEN guided by me, into the specific practice for you, as I hold a safe and sacred container for your journey. There is never any judgement only purposefully witnessing where you are and what is coming up for you as we journey together. Once the session is completed the sacred space is then closed.
Over the next couple of days you will have an integration period and then we will have a 15 minute check-in call.
