Our Mystical Women's Embodiment Retreat is for women who:

Join us for this magical retreat where you will be guided through sacred rituals to connect with your divine feminine essence to create shifts in your body, mind and spirit. We will be working with practices to open our heart to divine love and to deepen into our sensual essence. We will be exploring intuitive movement, embodied yoga, energy healing, breath, sound, shamanic dance + so much more. 

The work we will be doing in this retreat activates and reawakens us to our deep feminine power, joy, truth and sensuality. When we awaken to more love in our bodies and in our lives our whole world shifts, our relationships shift - our internal relationship with ‘self’ and our external relationships.
