As the earth awakens and the light returns, we gather to honor the turning of the wheel , the Spring Equinox, a moment of perfect balance between light and dark. This is a time of rebirth, of soft beginnings, of planting new dreams into the fertile soil of becoming.
On this sacred evening, The Ceremonial Table becomes a living altar of the season — adorned with spring blooms, fresh harvest, and foods crafted to awaken the senses and renew the spirit.
Each dish is made in reverence to the earth.

What to Expect
A Farm-to-Table Feast → 3 seasonal courses crafted with local ingredients, aligned with the turning of the seasons. Accompanied by the spanish guitar. A seasonal drink will be offered upon arrival beginning at 4:30pm & wine will be available for the main course.
Seasonal Rituals → gentle, intentional practices (intention setting, storytelling, reflection and practices that weave in the energy of the season) woven between courses.
