A Sacred 6-Day Journey of Healing, Awakening & Initiation

A Vision Quest is an ancient rite of passage that calls you back into direct connection with the earth, the sacred, and your own soul. Over 5 nights and 6 days on sacred land in the Midwest forest, you will step away from distractions, food, and comfort — and step into clarity, empowerment, and a deeper sense of who you are.

Weekly 60-minute live group calls leading up to the quest.
Practices, tools, and rituals to clear blockages and prepare your body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll learn the shamanic language of earth connection: symbols, dreams, animal speak, cycles, and daily devotion, & more.

3 days and 3 nights of fasting in silence, ceremony, prayer, and song.
Supported by drumming, ritual, and the presence of sacred earth.

A Personal Note From Tamar
In 2017, after a year-long study in the shamanic arts under my teacher Jane Hardwick Collins, I took my first Vision Quest.
That Quest changed me forever.
It gave me answers about my life, my purpose, and my connection to Source Creator on a scale I had never known. Every moment was filled with the sacred. It stripped away illusions and reminded me of who I truly was (of my power, my magic, my belonging).
I walked off that land a different woman. And I have carried those teachings every day since.
It is my deepest honor to now guide others into this rite of passage.

Yes. You will be fully guided and supported throughout the process. This is an ancient practice carried out for centuries, and modern safety considerations are integrated. You will be given clear preparation instructions, and I (Tamar) will be holding space for you throughout the quest.

No prior experience is necessary. The 8 weeks of group calls will prepare you with everything you need to know: from how to work with dreams, signs, and symbols, to how to physically and spiritually prepare for fasting.

Yes, during the fasting days and nights, you will be in your own sacred spot on the land, in silence. However, you are not abandoned. You are held in the larger group field, and I will be present as your guide, holding the container.

The intention is to fast for 3 days and 3 nights, as it is a clearing for your body / mind / spirit in order to be a clear channel for messages to be received, but this is your journey. If your body truly cannot continue, adjustments can be made. You are always sovereign in your process.

A full list of items will be provided after acceptance. This will include clothing, ceremonial items, gear, and practical supplies to support you on the land.

Because this work is deep and initiatory, it requires readiness. The application + 1:1 call ensure that you are entering the Vision Quest at the right time in your journey. This is about honoring the sacred and keeping the group field safe and intentional.
